Job Overview:

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist who can handle customer queries efficiently, ensure quick resolution, and provide a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Onboarding
  • Handle customer queries via calls, chats, and emails
  • Resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain records of customer interactions
  • Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements:
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer support or similar role
  • Good communication skills (English + Hindi preferred)
  • Basic understanding of CRM tools is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced/startup environment
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills

Preferred:
  • Experience in handling high-volume customer queries
  • Exposure to tech/product-based companies
