Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Onboarding
- Handle customer queries via calls, chats, and emails
- Resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain records of customer interactions
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in customer support or similar role
- Good communication skills (English + Hindi preferred)
- Basic understanding of CRM tools is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced/startup environment
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Preferred:
- Experience in handling high-volume customer queries
- Exposure to tech/product-based companies
