About the Job
We are looking for a Hardware Engineer to join our product development team and work as an individual contributor on electronic mixed-signal system design. You will be involved across the full hardware design lifecycle, from schematic design and component selection to validation, certification support, and production readiness.
This role requires close collaboration with firmware, mechanical, manufacturing, supply chain, and external test labs to deliver robust, manufacturable hardware products.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuits for embedded hardware systems.
- Own schematic development, component selection, detailed design, and verification testing.
- Design and validate power supplies, analog filters, and battery-related subsystems.
- Develop BMS hardware for Li-ion batteries, including monitoring, protection, SOC/SOH estimation, and cell balancing.
- Perform circuit simulation using PSPICE / LTSpice and support design validation.
- Ensure compliance with EMI, EMC, and signal integrity requirements.
- Support product certification aligned with IEC / EN standards.
- Interface with cross-functional teams and contribute to technical documentation and progress reporting.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Battery Management System (BMS) hardware design.
- Good understanding of analog, digital, and mixed-signal electronics.
- Experience in power supply and analog filter design.
- Experience with high-speed ADCs, DACs, PWM generation, sensors, and digital interfaces (SRAM, SDRAM, Flash, Display).
- Hands-on experience with SoC platforms and 16/32-bit microcontrollers.
- Good knowledge of serial communication protocols: RS485, USB, Ethernet, SPI, I2C.
- Hands-on experience with lab instruments such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, debuggers, and function generators.
- Experience across the complete hardware design lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of DFM, DFA, and DFT.
Why Join Us?
- Work on hardware products that ship at scale and are used daily.
- Own end-to-end hardware design in a fast-growing product startup.
- Gain exposure to manufacturing, certification, and real-world constraints.
- Collaborate closely with hardware and firmware teams building next-gen retail devices.
